Tomorrow our meet is against Jefferson Township at HOME! Please arrive by 4:30pm - warm-ups start at 5:00pm sharp. Upon arrival, please have your swimmer(s) check in with a coach.

Heat sheets will be available tomorrow on the Meets and Events tab on the website.

Make sure your children have all their events written down on their arm or leg when you come to the meet and also their name and age on their back. (Please see Meet 101)

Parent volunteers are critical to the success of the meets and so far you all have been amazing with filling all of the jobs. There are a few spots left and we need all the help we can get! All parent volunteers, please check in with Laura Waldrop prior to the start of the meet. The referee will hold a meeting for timers, finish judges, scorekeepers, coaches, and coordinators for BOTH shifts at 5:45pm at the scoring table.

VERY IMPORTANT- please send your children to the Bull Pen 5 events prior to their event. Bull Pen volunteers do not have time to go look for kids. If they are not in the Bull Pen they may miss their event.

Finally, we are celebrating summer birthdays by serving a HUGE birthday cake before the meet under the pavilion at 5:30 after warmups.

Baked goods for concessions can be brought to the clubhouse when you arrive for the meet. THANK YOU for all of your efforts!
