Tomorrow our meet is against Woodbine Station! This is an AWAY meet. Please be there by 5 pm, warm-ups are at 5:30 pm sharp.

Woodbine Station: 3285 Pebble Hill Dr, Marietta GA 30062

PARKING: The main parking lot is directly next to the pool, which is small and will fill up quickly. The overflow is the Tennis Court lot, one block east at the intersection of Sandy Plains and Wigley road, on the right. There is a walking path from the courts to the pool.

CONCESSIONS: “We have in-house grilled burgers and hotdogs as well as pizza and all the other usual chips, candies, and drinks.” Cash and Venmo Accepted

Heat sheets will be available tomorrow. Once available, you will be able to find them under the meet on the Meets and Events tab. Please print your own, we will not have enough to share.

Make sure your children have all their events written down on their arm or leg when you come to the meet and also their name and age on their back. (Please see Meet 101 on the website)

ALL Parent Volunteers, please check in with Laura Waldrop). Remember that at 5:45 the referee calls a meeting for timers, finish judges, scorekeepers, coaches, and coordinators. We need as many to participate as possible. This sets the stage for how the referee will run that meet. (Even though they do not call for bullpen or runners, it may be a good idea to be represented so that you can gauge the personality of the referee).

If you are a second half volunteer you will start at event 44.

VERY IMPORTANT- please send your children to the Bull Pen 5 events prior to their event. Bull Pen volunteers do not have time to go look for kids. If they are not in the Bull Pen they may miss their event.

Practice is at normal time tomorrow.
