On Monday, we are fortunate to have Coach Mark from the Stingrays Swim Team come to the pool to host a stroke clinic during practice! He will only be instructing during the 7-10 age group.

DIFFERENT PRACTICE TIMES FOR MONDAY ONLY

We will have the following practice times on Monday:

11 and Up: 8:45am-10am

7-10: 10:15am-11:15am

6 and under: 11:15-11:45am

Practice returns to normal times on Tuesday!
